Why is the business often closed when I call by?


We only operate certain days each week. Currently those days/times are as follows:_
Wednesday - 9.00am - 12.00 midday
Thursday - 9.00am - 12.00 midday Friday - 9.00am - 12.00 midday Note that these times may change at any time so be sure to check the website regularly for any updates.




On your website is shows you sell new and used items?


That is correct.
All used items are available for inspection and purchase from the warehoue in Hi Tech Dr.
Used items are unable to be purchased online, you need to come in.
Payment can be cash, card or direct bank transfer.
New products can be ordered online using the order page. Once we receive your order we will email you an invoice requesting payment. All new products MUST be prepaid prior to an order being placed. Payment can be cash, card or direct bank transfer.
Assuming the product is available from our supplier, delivery to our warehouse is normally around 3-4 business days. Direct delivery to your residence can also be arranged at no extra cost.




What warranty do you provide?


Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease:
Not warranty is given or expressed on used goods.
All items sold on the basis of 'as is' 'where is' with all faults if any. As is the case with many items, we have no idea of the origen or the previous working condition. If an item is sold as working and when you get it home it stops working, you must let us know imediatly and a full refund will be given on the return of that item.




How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?


The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
