IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING COVID-19 APPLYING TO NEW PRODUCTS ONLY
Due to limitations by our courier partners, some postal codes may be exempt from free shipping or cannot be delivered, hence we recommend you check with us first.
All new products are shipped FREE. The price associated with each listing will be the delivered price.
No shipping is available on secondhand items, they are collect only from the warehouse in Toormina.
NOTE: You can however arrange delivery of secondhand items using a local courier at your cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No warranty is provided on used items due to their unknown origin or working condition. If you purchase something from us and then find that it is faulty in some way, we will refund your payment.
Generally a 12-month warranty on all new products applies, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Some electronics products come with a 3-month warranty. Please refer to the product listing for the warranty period.
You are required to notify us within 7 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) showing the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval, a return address will need to be provided.
PLEASE BE AWARE: The cost of shipping your item to you is not refundable.
To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement or refund.
Refunds generally takes up to 2 working days to process, we will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institutions lead time to process it.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed.
